That's a name change. The influx of accounts within the past 5-6 months many with a focus on NP&E, it's hardly co-incidence that it seems to have happened right at the same time as a bunch of people were apparently banned.Personally I find it a bit unhealthy if someone both manages to get themselves banned from a website and can't cope with that to the point that they register under a series of aliases just so they can post, but if the mods are fine with that so be it.

It’s easy to see though. All these new posters posting all the time in the NPandE (on either side) about Brexit and trump and Corbyn etc are likely returning banned posters.
I think the spoof ones with the names based on actual posters are easier to spot.

Is it making people warm to him? I think like Osborne, there’s something a bit nefarious and sinister about him and they should keep him hidden in his coffin.

I find it absolutely bizarre that anyone can conceive that if the Tory party want to increase their chances of getting re-elected at the next GE that the way to do so is to put JRM in front of the electorate.
