So with pre judgement interest the total today is around $450 million. And interest is being added at 9% on that, every day he owes a little more.

All the above is irrelevant noise. $500m or so in judgements and interest have already been entered in this and the Carroll cases.
To appeal he has to deposit those amounts. The interest clock in NY is ticking at 9%.
