The Chinese are saying to trump increased tariffs and military actions in the south china sea could lead to escalation in the area,
what easier way to show it, than an obvious sign that the sanctions can be easily broken than a shiny new car.

I thought the sanctions were supposed to stop him doing FOREX trading and living the dictator’s lifestyle?
