Well you should be (saying she is wrong). Her husband may hace watched his jazz movies, but she submitted the dodgy expenses claim. She is required to vet her claims before submission. She made a dodgy claim in contravention of the rules - either she failed to vet, or saw it and stuck it in anyway. Either way, she is wrong.

What I meant is that if the system allows "Vids" in general to be claimed, the system is wrong. I doubt much if it differentiates between content of watched films. The whole stinking system needs cleaned up, joe public is struggling through this recession, and she claims 88p for a plug, + all the other stuff they are allowed to claim...........
