The biggest problem will be getting across the road from Liverpool St to DDs!

I'm pretty sure the Police will get the crusties to gather along Bishopsgate for their march to Bank. They leave at 11am (according to the plan)

Yep I've had to move all my meetings at C Wharf to late this afternoon / early evening as no external visitors allowed until next week.

I'm based on Russell Square. Just booked a client meeting in South Kensington tomorrow morning so the tube could be interesting!

Have a meeting in the West End at 10am but will be in DD's at 12 prompt.

I'll be in a suit (possibly covered in flour, eggs and whatever else comes my way).

The company I work for insisted we all dress down, all week.

Work just outside the affected "zone" on that picture someone posted up, but should be interesting if I head over to our other office in CityPoint

Bring on the trumpets/riot police

Just found this on the City of London Police website

City Coppers said:
* Financial Fools demonstration is likely to focus on 3 locations - Bank of England, European Climate Exchange in Bishopsgate and Royal Bank of Scotland in Bishopsgate. The protest is being advertised as a G20 meltdown with four meeting places advertised as Moorgate, Liverpool Street, London Bridge and Cannon Street at 1100 converging on Bank Junction.
* There are plans for a 'climate camp' outside the European Climate Exchange between the evening of 31st March and 2nd April.
So it looks like not everyone will be heading down to Bank as there are two targets in Bishopsgate itself.

Also looks like the 'camp' starts tonight.

Are there any estimates/guestimates as to just how much these protests will cost the city in lost earnings?

Work at Canary Wharf, and have been advised to dress down and avoid unnecessary journeys on Weds and Thurs. Seem to be a significant number more security guards here too...

You might want to pop some sandwiches in your school bag before you leave home in the morning wink

If you can't get out of your building, there's feck all chance of me being able to get in hehe

I wouldn't like to be one of those guys who traipse round the City on a bike towing a trailer full of sarnies tomorrow. He'll get rumbled quick-time!
