That was a serious comment. I am genuinely surprised they haven't chosen a non binary up bringing for the child. I started reading the article and thought any second now they'll be talking about non binary. But they didn't. Kudos to them.

As for snide comments i don't think anyone on this thread can match you for that.

White male privilege exists in the same way that any generalised group identity has relevance to individuals. Islamic terrorist proclivity, black females are hysterical, Irish gypsies are thieves, gays are feminine, Asians are cleverer and blacks stupider, tall people privilege, good looking privilege, trans are all radical, Young all snowflakes...... I wish people would stop only seeing groups when it suits a victimhood narrative.

My mate was a white male living in Zimbabwe, he didn't feel particularly privileged!

It all depends where you are, for the majority of the globe white males are irrelevant, however our news channels and online content creators have picked up on it, why? It evokes a reaction from some, which many find entertaining. That's my guess anyway! There a revolting humans everywhere some of them are white and male some of them are not white and not male.

I've yet to see any evidence of a like-for-like pay gap.

Your correct with this part, the media will be onto something else (I think they already are really) when they invent/discover the next thing that gets a reaction, stirs emotion and gets people fighting!

So on the one hand we have the idea that Male White Privilege and the Gender Pay Gap can both be utterly refuted by finding a few examples of exceptions, and therefore the exceptions disprove the hypothesis, and yet on the other hand we have the assertion that male is male and female is female. and when exceptions to this are shown (ie. intersex) they are dismissed as mere edge cases.
