Nigella Lawson attacked by husband

I had wondered if that was next, the FD has a lot of questions to answer, and possibly a large bill for Saatchi to pay.
I think it's a fair move. The drugs prosecution is a non-starter, as we've already discussed, but there is a very clear question as to whether tax and National Insurance was paid on a Benefit in Kind. Nobody has denied that the money was given to the sisters, and they have been cleared of fraud / embezzlement. It's perfectly reasonable for HMRC to then enquire that, if it was indeed a 'gift' or 'perk', whether tax was fully paid on it. Very much clear cut, unlike the drugs allegation.

Michele Grillo was one of 10 people arrested by Italian police on accusations of involvement in protection rackets and having links to the notorious Ndrangheta mafia, which is based in Calabria, where he originally comes from.
It was revealed last month that 66-year-old Mr Grillo was jailed for 15 years for his role in the kidnapping of an Italian fashion designer’s sister in the 1980s.

My thoughts on possibly kidnapping her make me think of the Eddie Izzard 'Cake or death?' inquisition sketch.

Before anyone can say advocaat she'll be admitting she likes snowballing.

No such problems for Russell Brand? Hopefully she just needs to sign a few forms and cut some red tape and she'll be allowed back in.matchmaker said:

Hopefully she just needs to sign a few forms and cut some red tape and she'll be allowed back in.Last Christmas I was searching for her scrummy-delish recipe for Gammon in Coca Cola - if you've never tried it, you should - but back then an admittedly lazy search for "Nigella Lawson Coke" returned five pages of Daily Wail links before you got to the recipe. Things have improved since, and at least the recipe is now on the first page.

As much as I hate Nigella and quite frankly couldn't give two sts about her it's a bit off of the mail to use that photo as the splash, I mean she almost looks her age!Fittster said:

So "confession" is as good as conviction?
Why the double quotes around the word confession?Note: IANAL and I may be wrong here. But that's my understanding.
The US is entitled to operate whatever rules it chooses when deciding who it allows in.
Of course, it she didn't want to have to confess to drug taking she could have chosen not to give evidence against her former employees, who it appears were mere pawns in a game between two spoiled brats.
