I think it was a great way to poke fun at herself after all the pisstaking online of her dancing.
I’m no fan of hers but I have to agree. Why her PR team haven’t marketed her dance as doing The Bot beggars belief. An opportunity to reach out to the idiots who go to Glastonbury and cheer Corbyn. laugh

Well, why the Conservative PR team didn't just get Geoffrey Cox (who spoke immediately before her) to just do May's speech as well is also a mystery.

Looking into his history he has a slightly dubious record on expenses so I guess that is why he's not centre stage.

Good god! There are some miserable fks on here these days.
She needed to put last year’s speech to bed and make sure she was on TV news and all over social media. Job done I think.

‘No such thing as bad publicity’ is bks though. She could have also taken a bit st on stage to be on news and social media - doesn’t mean she would have come out well.

To be fair, given the torrent of abuse and awful time she's had, the immense pressure of the job, and the reception BJ got, she deserves much more credit for that speech than she has had. Her detractors, from all walks, would have dodged that appearance. It really is about time the hailstorm of hate abated and some understanding was seen. And as for that harpy Kuenssberg …...
