How have they stolen anything? If he’d been suspended pending investigation he’d have an argument but he just cracked on playing golf and tweeting st the whole time which was all he did before.

Most successful first two years ever, quite the claim

"I've done sod all, achieved nothing other than massive tax cuts for me and my friends, but it's not my fault, not my fault. It's all the fault of the Dems..."
Pelosi predicted that Trump won’t leave peacefully when his term is up, is this trump suggesting his term should be extended by two years?

Omarosa Manigault Newman made a claim that trumps team have destroyed evidence.
According to Omarosa, after she met with John Kelly on her last day at work, she was instructed to leave seven boxes of campaign and inauguration-related documents behind. But in later emails she received from the administration, only two such boxes were referenced. She thinks the other five boxes may have been destroyed.

The U.S. is deploying a carrier strike group and a bomber task force to the Middle East to serve as a deterrent to Iran

I thought trump was keen to pull troops out the area. Wonder if that decision was taken after Mueller was called to testify. Trump is the master of distraction

How much time has been spent playing golf that will never be got back? Or the time he spends on Twitter,or watching Fox News, rather than doing his actual job!
That's Executive time. Very important to the presidency...

This was good. Tim Ryan a couple of days go laid into Trump for blatantly lying to workers in his state who have since lost their jobs.

He would happily start a war, and send Americans to fight and die despite being too cowardly to do that himself, just to cover his ass

Mind boggling isn't it.

But surely if he's had the best 2 years of ANY president, there's no need for additional 2?

He's achieved everything possible according to him. You can't have it both ways.

I don’t understand why he’d want to carry on “working” at his age anyway, he obviously prefers watching telly and playing golf so why not just go and do that permanently?

He loves "winning" more than anything.

Well he can win (by cheating) at golf all he likes. At this rate he’s just going to give the Dems excuses and time to dig up all his tax dodging and dodgy loans from Deutsche. Personally if I were him I’d retire after the one term preferably seeking agreement from Pelosi that the Dems would drop any attempt to use congressional power to investigate past criminality. He’s already had his affairs and his connections with less than salubrious people exposed. Now would seem like a good time to move on before all of the skeletons are released because at least some of them could result in jail time or at the very best asset seizures.

His ego will never allow 1 term because Obama had 2.

That's about as complex as his decision making gets.

You’re right, I think it’s going to cost him dearly. He could end losing his liberty and a lot of his money (more still when Melania leaves him).

When you have been bending the rules (and I'm being polite using that term) for as long as Trump has, did he or no-one in his inner circle not think that the kind of scrutiny POTUS comes under would destroy him?

He could end up in jail for his business practices that have nothing to do with the presidency, let alone the collusion/obstrucion stuff tied to his campaign subsequently.

Any serious people who operate with scant regard for the law, avoid the spotlight like the plague.

Even a well liked president comes under intense scrutiny, and Trump, being as divisive as he is, will only come under more.

He could've lived out his days in stress free luxury, doing his TV show, exaggerating his wealth and fking porn stars.

I'm amazed he didn't run a mile (he's in the best shape of any president after all...) when it was suggested he put his name forward.

The ego is a powerful thing...
