People who aren't as thick as mince know why he hasn't been impeached. He may never be regardless of what Mueller discovers.

I don't think anyone was expecting the GOP to turn out to be so complicit or at least disinterested in the US ceding control of its democratic processes to a foreign power. Here's a good example of this in action:

I'll certainly admit to be surprised at how at how willing and delighted people like you are to see a supposedly great nation, once the leader of the free world, become the lickspittle of Putin.

Impeachment will start if the dems ever take Congress. That's sort of obvious.

Not a liberal here, particularly. Just know Trump is in a whole world of poo, as, probably, do you.

Despising Trump has zero to do with being or not being a "liberal".

Heck, if I was a Registered Republican I'd still want him out of office.

It's curious how the swivel-eyed proponents of Britain Taking Back Control visiting this thread are the ones least interested or concerned about the possibility of the US having abdicated control of their government to a hostile foreign power.

Because they are as thick as two short planks. That's the top and bottom of it I'm afraid.

Some demonstrably are, certainly, but not all.

It's almost as if their primary concern isn't taking back control at all, but rather it's crushing the lefties aka 'liberal saps'. If that means Brexit to get away from the liberal EU, then that's what's required. If it means corrupting your democracy and enlisting the help of the Russians to control your elections and thwart the Dems then that's okay too. Whatever it takes.

The big clue is the delight in 'winding up lefties' I suppose.

I wonder if the EU was run more along the lines of Putin's Russia, with similar intolerance of liberal ideals, whether our resident Brexiteers would be so keen to get away from them. The GOP in America certainly don't seem to be.

Which won't change enough for impeachment.

Most seats up for reelection are Democrats.

Yes they may get the senate back by a seat or two but you need a two thirds majority to impeach.

With Reblican anti’s they could do it.

Let’s face it, Trump is a disaster. Yipper & Co are defending the indefensible.

Some clips from the press conference with the Norwegian PM. Trump says so many words but says so little. Made sure he got no collusion, defiantly no collusion, but there is collusion with the Democrats. Also a few digs about Clinton, and also ensure he got in a few compliments to himself.

Have to give it to him though.....he is the bestest bullsh*tter in the world.

He's been bullstting about his immigration meeting yesterday too. The one where he briefly, until restrained, agreed to Feinstein's proposal to allow the dreamers stay without any concomitant reduction in immigration contrary to all his previous assertions on the subject, because he doesn't actually understand a fking thing people say to him. Anyway today he said journalists afterwards wrote letters to him telling him it was one of the best meetings they'd ever seen.

Letters.

Do staffers just write positive things in crayon and leave them lying around for him to find to make him happy?

I think we need a presidential challenge.

Trump to stand up in public in the next 7 days and, unaided, recite the words of the national anthem. Being a genius with the best memory I'm sure it'd be quite simple.

I'm also sure he couldn't do it.

Stand up, recite, or both?
