It would go back to looking like early March, albeit with a much slower pace of growth.
Nah, not possible surely. Who cares about what the ONS prevalence survey or react surveys are saying. It's all false positives, we are all mostly immune, no one is susceptible anymore and the virus is done.....

Explain differently? You think they're have ordered less PPE through less companies? Different companies? I think you'd be surprised to find out they'd probably do much the same to any noticeable degree.
In the hypothetical world you can make up anything to fit your argument, in the real world we work off actions, which we can make comments about.

What is your opinion of 120 million given to a company set up by an ex tory advisor, which turned out to be junk.

Or 250 million to another company that has no track record in this industry but ties to the political party.

it goes on...
Like you I'm no expert, I assume the PPE was delivered so mission accomplished? If they hadn't then they wouldn't have got paid? This reeks of the fuss kicked up over Chris Graylings little ferry cruise where people were getting hot and bothers someone had a contract but no ferries and therefore wouldn't have seen a penny meanwhile the actual story was excluding euro tunnel from.the tender process who then took the government to court and received far more than the ferry company would have got even if they had some ferries.. but please do continue.

Well it isn't just my view though, the Gov is currently getting sued over the way it handled it all, pretty big really not seen that before.

The Gov actually broke the law many times over awarding the 5.5 billion in contracts, but I guess that is o.k in your eyes Labour would have done the same. rolleyes

They are and this chap has the weight behind him to get all these dodgy little deals exposed; little ££708m laugh

Look at the rest too, the profit and all to new, overseas, inexperienced companies...but tenuous connections mad

As much as people think i might hate the Tory Party, it is more the ineptitude and morally bankruptcy of Boris and his side kick. The party really needs someone with backbone, and a strong jaw line.

£100bn Operation Moonshot is on the way; the corruption and revenues thus far is peanuts!!!

PPE delivered late as all the right companies were put in place to be overpayed and under deliver. The government has been buying £10 notes for £20 from the select few whilst the rest are offering a £10 note for a modest uplift!

And yet.....the Telegraph leads with "immunity may only lasts a few months"

https://www.tomorrowspapers.co.uk/daily-telegraph-...

banghead

Why have we seen FIVE reinfections (all 5 a different strain) worldwide then, in 10 months??????

FFS

Journalists simply cannot add up. Worse, when they put 2+2 into their calculator, and the answer comes back 6.372 they go off and write a scaremongering headline. They even say in the first paragraph that the vaccine might need to be given TWICE a year....... (confused)

Good for them it's peanuts and if Mr anti Brexit wins I'm.sure he'll feel smug and pretend his terrible record this far in pushing cases is somehow leading up to this big one.

Back in the realworld this goes on all the time and is peanuts compared to the big issues. What's it all.cost? Half a week of furlough? Crack on...
