I didn't ignore your remarks. I simply raised a question based on what I was aware of and even gave the details of where I got this from.

It also depends on whether you work for RDS or a subsidiary like Shell UK or Shell Petroleum etc as most of the subsidiaries have their head offices in the relevant country.
