No, but that's exactly my point.
He was a "normal" kid. Somewhere between then and now he became the monster he is now. We should investigate why this happened, he didn't just wake up one day in his 20's and become a monster.
We need to understand his path from "normal" to "monster" otherwise what chance to we have of preventing it happening again.
I was wondering the same thing, and also why these lunatics seem to be so obsessed with hacking off the heads of innocent people. Seems the book of the religion of peace is quite specific on this point. He was a "normal" kid. Somewhere between then and now he became the monster he is now. We should investigate why this happened, he didn't just wake up one day in his 20's and become a monster.

Oh well. It fits the bill. Do you believe he's a victim?
No. But I'd like to find out why he's turned out like he has to try and prevent it happening again.Still, as you say he's a lunatic so lets just leave it at that and do nothing to prevent others following his path......

We don't need to understand him he is a and a coward who so far has only killed restrained unarmed victimes. He has also hidden his face in a sort of ninja costume to make him look more dangerouse....well JJ your not dangerouse your a and my guess is ypour the sort who has trouble talking to girls and no one wanted to play football with at school.

One things for sure, he would never get past Border Control.
Would he?????
I REALLY REALLY hope this gets killed by a woman.
Or send his alive but battered body over here, the wild boar could do with a change of diet!
Should not 'Border Control' be followed by sic.Would he?????

BBC quoted that of the estimated (how low) 600 jihadists who went to Syria 300 have returned! I bet our security services and police are well set up to monitor all 300 and their contacts and devotees... not.
The three hundred plus that have returned, who know if that was a plan to set up an IS army in the uk?
It will cost millions to keep track of the two faced barstards trying to ensure there is no large attack being planned.
An "escapee" was interviewd the other night who said how difficult and dangerous it was to leave IS, how did this three hundred manage to get away, got a sicknote or something? I very much doubt it.No passport=no return-easy as they are terrorist material/undesirables.
Stuff the likes of the excuse making money pits like CAGE -who'sHR is being considered by allowing these aholes back into "civilisation".

Really its that hard to guess...hmmmm lets have a shot..his parents were either overly strict or lax in there duties this caused him to look to others for guidence. He also felt isolated from his peers at some point i.e. lots of teenagers have confidence issues etc. Sadly where he looked for guidence was the relion of peace and thus he believed that all his pathetci issue were the cause of others and that problems inb the world could only be delt with by killing others.

Those things happen to lots of people growing up. They don't end up as serial killers. We don't need to understand him he is a and a coward who so far has only killed restrained unarmed victimes. Understanding the causes are essential to preventing radicialisaiton. Prevention is the most desirable strand of the CT strategy.

The point is if an event occurs often enough sooner or later the result will be a bit unexpected. Lots of teenagers feel awkward isolated like they don't fit in and this can make early adulthood difficult. Most people then leave school go to work or uni and eventually meet like minded people and discover themselves. Some people get discovered by otheres and abused by them, they quite person at work who is the butt of the office jokers pranks or the guy at uni who goea a bit off the reservation fashion wise and sudenly looks like marlyn manson etc...and sometimes the disaffected person meets other crazy people who tell him or her they ar enot crazy its others that are and sooner or later one of these poor folk end up going to commit acts of violence.
Thats it no mystry no secret lots of people will have been in the same boat an sooner or later one or two just go totally off track. thing is the guy is still a and still is choosing to hack heads off. he's not thick (uni education level) and not sheltered grew up in the west with acess to free media. he is just a end of. I hope he is brought back alive and spend 30 years or more in a supermax prison.

Going totally off track is slightly different to becoming the worlds most wanted man. People must have helped / encouraged him along the way somehow.I don't disagree he's a , but how does a Degree Educated guy with reasonable prospects in life end up where he is. I could understand slightly more if he started in the slums somewhere and this was his only way out.
Same for the 7/7 bombers, I think they all had degree educations and therefore some sort of intelligence and prospects but still blew themselves up.
I don’t think we should be so surprised to be honest. Al-Qaeda, IS etc. has been getting a lot of media exposure for many years. Their rhetoric has been given far too much air-time and of course has the potential to strike a chord with a very large proportion of the Muslim world (even if only at a very superficial level). Personally, I think we should look at radical Islam as little more than a ‘cult’ and like other cults over the years, it can appeal to people looking to rebel against any number of things for any number of reasons.
Frankly, I don’t think there is much we can do to stop people being radicalised in the UK. What we can do is make sure that once they leave, they never get back in again and I wish there was as much political will to look at this as there is hand-wringing in the commons as to how it’s all really our fault that it happened at all.

Psychopaths are born not nurtured
This proves that so called "terrorism control orders" don't work and that they high risk individuals must to be interned for as long as they want to continue this terrorism a war.

If they have any sense they will have fked right off out of the country. Unfortunately there are people in the UK that will target them for giving birth to the killer or find a way to blame them for something that their son has doneI always tend to look beneath the layers when info like this is made public. Like when there is a missing child and the police put their parents on TV to make an appeal and then have a physiologist analyse their behaviour....
I'm wondering why all of a sudden his ID has been made public; especially after so long of the authorities knowing. I'm thinking they perhaps suspect where he is holed up and are hoping the airing of his details may spark a flurry of activity. Something like that anyway

News management? Controlling the news agenda? Helping to promote calls for a Snooper's Charter given Rifkind seems to have been a bit of a thoughtless plonker given his role on the Security committee(s)? Peddle a climate fear before the election? An ex friend has been interviewed on Sky news, he claims that jj was "a bit peculiar and violent".
Only a little bit different to what CAGE claim then.A terror 'expert' has suggested that now his cover is blown that his usefulness to isis might be coming to an end.Ironic ending? hopefully, the beheading would be carried out by a woman.!!!!

For the brighter ones, there's also a serious problem of radicalisation on many university campuses over here. Years of appeasement and pc have allowed these hateful pricks to spout their crap at universities virtually unchallenged.
How do we stop it? We can't in this country or anywhere else in Europe. Or at least we can't as we are currently approaching the problem. It is far too late and the movement has grown far too large and well-funded.
