And anyway they probably have different laws in Spain.
if someone is doing something related to my kids i do not like,i can do whatever i want there may be consequences in the long run ,but that would not stop any father i know looking out for his kids best interests . in this instance i have no sympathy for the dead paedo, and believe neither will the spanish justice system.i would not be expecting the father to serve any jail time for this.http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-cambridgeshir...

Each to their own I suppose.
I'd be very surprised if he only gets a suspended sentence.

So it appears that chap take exception to Ze German taking pictures of his daughter, grabs iPad (presumably to erase them) and then scrolls through and finds child pornography on there in addition to the pics of his daughter.
He goes mental and smashes the guy.
Seems about the size of it.He goes mental and smashes the guy.

Roid rage?
Wouldn't take roids for me to get the rage in the same situation. I'm no badass but the iPad would end up fked and no mistake. As to anything else, I'd probably leave it to the law. After destroying the evidence in a rage, obvs.Burwood said:

I see it didn't take long for the Nonce Defence Force to crawl out of the woodwork
Ultimately a thread like this is always going to be split into people who think everyone should obey the law, and those who think they are the law.As we all understand, if you've Got It Coming, you can expect one punch, but not more, nor to be stabbed with your cutlery.
"He Had It Coming, your Honour. Defence rests."

According to a witness, it wasn't just a single punch.

The Spinnaker owner, who asked not to be named, said: 'It all happened very quickly.
'The German man appeared to be taking pictures of everyone, not just the British man's daughter. It all seemed very innocent to me.
'The British man was with his family. He seemed to get very upset all of a sudden and punched the other man before anyone could stop him.
'He'd already paid for his dinner and left immediately. The German man is very normal. I knew nothing about him being arrested last month.'
But the manager of another restaurant in Sotogrande said: 'The German Sandro had a bad reputation locally and was banned from various bars.
'He owed money in various places and walked with a limp and was quite an odd fellow.'
He added: 'As I understand it, he was in there with his iPad and taking pictures of people in the bar.
'[Mr Kainth] was looking through the photos on the tablet and saw photos of his children.
'Then he went further back and saw pornographic pictures of other children and just went crazy. He punched him to the ground and started kicking him.'

He saw the porn images of children? Not surprised he lashed out. Mail said:

The manager of another bar, where it didn't happen, said he punched him and started kicking him.
Do we think that he'll get a longer sentence than this nonce:

Emotion doesn't always lead to justice.
And the courts never do. So what's the answer?Perhaps had the father known for certain that the nonce would get life to mean life for the pictures, then he'd have waited for the police. When instead it's likely just to be a slap on the wrist and back to his ways.... Well, if the courts won't protect her, they've no business getting uppity with her father.
We don't know how many children the father has saved from this nonce, but we do known it'll be a number greater than zero.

He had indecent images of kids on his iPad. In what possible way do you imagine he could not be guilty?
It's time kiddy fiddling had a mandatory whole life tariff. The main reason it doesn't is the number of MPs and judiciary for whom it is a pastime.

It is almost a shame that the fiddler is dead because we have missed the spectacle of everyone trying to outdo each other in the painful ways they would have him killed; thus demonstrating that they hate peeds the most.
We could still imagine. For me it would have to be the café scene in Layer Cake with 'Ordinary Day' playing in the background. Or Goodfellas perhaps - though replacing 'shoe-shine box' with 'iPad' doesn't quite have the same ring to it ..Gassing Station | News, Politics & Economics | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
