To the posters on here that are appaulled etc that people are glad that this reject is dead -
We now live in a society that protects the guilty, a society that vilifies and criminalises those who protect themselves, their families or their property whilst keeping the criminal thieving scum that conduct these acts in the loving arms of the law. If you are attacked in the street and kick the living st out of your attacker then (despite reasonable force yadda yadda) you run a large risk of going to prison yourself, much more so if your assailant dies as a result.
PEOPLE ARE SICK OF THIS. I very much doubt that the posters in question are advocating running around stabbing the nearest yoof that looks like they're up to no good but frustration at how society views these things turns peoples opinions, it's the same with immigration. There is only so much people will take. Remember Tony Martin? What was criminal was that he went to jail. The surviving scrote even tried to sue him for his injuries (he was shot whilst running away). Frankly I hope it hurt, he deserved it. Tony Martin was treated appaulingly by the Police / CPS / Courts etc.
SO, before you come across all holier than thou, pause and consider that. There are elements of society out of control, and the powers that be are rendering us powerless to defend ourselves in the eyes of the law for protecting what is ours. Things need to change and people are extrememly frustrated with the way things are. (to put it mildly)
- Still, at least this ine wasn't a promising footballer.
Its not a 'holier than thou' thing, its simply about not taking great pleasure in the death of another person. Im sick of the bad parts of society, i agree with what Tony Martin did, i dont really care for what happened to this chap, sounds like a nasty piece of work that got whats coming to him. I dont take pleasure from it though and i would prefer if society was better and could prevent this type of thing from happening.
Im no tree hugging hippy and im aware of the good and bad parts of society - i do think that a society where people take pleasure in vengeful killings weather in self defence or after provocation is a worse one that the pretty bad one we have now.

With all the talk over replacing/not replacing Trident after the next election, can we not just dispose of our existing nukes by setting one off somewhere around Wigan? If the fallout took out Manchester & Liverpool, then the cut in benefits payments might sort out most of the deficit.
It would make more sense to drop them on Scotland instead, that way saving far more in benefits / subsidiesNobody would advocate the death of an innocent man. However, although paying for his stupidity with his life might be extreme, i would side with the defendant all day long, who is having his personal property damaged in a threatening way. The defendant acted out of instinct and IMO self defense.

However, most aren't violent. They reckon they're 'well hard', but they're just skinny efforts with no hair.

Slightly flawed plan.I think you may find the resultant loss of tax receipts from the nearby Wilmslow-Alderly Edge-Prestbury traingle, and neighbouring orange Chesire might be a bit of an own goal.
Tastless, vulgar and the same colour as the inside of my teapot maybe, but not sure how they are pikey.

Besides I've met a great deal of wealthy people from that area & a good few have had more than a whiff of the dag about them.
