Well it's more frustrating for her than for me - I'm not a US citizen yet (and to be honest, I'm not sure if I want to be, given the tax implications if I choose to repatriate back to the UK sometime in the future). It has opened my eyes to the brazenness of it, though.
I think white middle class Americans will still vote in very high numbers for Kemp (the GOP candidate). Most of them are entirely unaware that this is an issue (and also seem fairly pathalogically scared of having a black, female, Democrat governer).
I can only presume Fox hasn't talked about this at all hence why all those white working/middle class Americans will vote for Kemp.I think white middle class Americans will still vote in very high numbers for Kemp (the GOP candidate). And the racism as you've mentioned.
The guardian are reporting on how Kavanaugh on the DC circuit, didn't recluse himself on the case of a colleague and ruled in his favour.

As the Washington post have video of a Newt Gingrich interview. When asked what will happen if Dems take the House & subpoena Trump’s tax returns responds that they’ll have to appeal to the Supreme Court & “we’ll” find out whether the Kavanaugh fight was worth it.
No doubt there anymore.

One of the trump organisation trials is currently underway, where trump is accused of spending charity money on himself.
His lawyers have argued that he had to buy the painting of himself as no one else wanted it.

That doesn't explain why he used the charity money, rather than his own.

After moving Dodge City's sole polling site outside city limits, county election officials have now sent newly registered voters an official certificate of registration that listed the wrong place to cast a ballot.

ALERT: We have received multiple reports from voters who voted straight-ticket, then saw on a later screen that their votes were changed to that of the opposite party. You must check your ballot before casting to ensure it’s correct, and you can ask a poll worker for help.

trump tries to make political capital against the migrant caravn, again playing up to the fears of some americans, and tries to look tough saying he'll send troops to the border He saying he'll further cut aid to Honduras, Guatamala and El Savlador, ignoring the fact it's these countries that people are fleeing from because of poverty and persecution.

Chuck Grassley has referred Michael Avenatti and Julie Swetnick to the DoJ.
I don't think this is likely to work out the way he hopes.
This has got to be a mistake? They got the result they wanted with Kavanaugh appointed. Now this opens up the FBI's ability to interview Swetnick and all the other witnesses that the GOP refused to hear and refused to allow the FBI to interview over Kavanaughs appointment.I don't think this is likely to work out the way he hopes.
This feels like trump being petty, he's known for striking back against opponents, or is this Grassley following trumps lead?
Either way, it reopens the controversy over Kavanaugh's appointment just two weeks before the mid terms...

It's never clear cut enough that you can specifically point a finger at, but then I suppose that's how Trump has gotten away with his views on race for so long. People can say "oh he said he wasn't a racist, so how can he be?" - as if racism somehow anounces itself. I suspect there are many here that consider their views to be quite reasonable, but have some essentially racist views even if they don't constitute the totality of their belief system.
As I say, I don't even view her as a different race any more than I would view a Spanish or Portuguese person as a different race if I was living in the UK, but that's the nature of living here.
To Byker28i's comments, I used to live in DeKalb county. It's interesting that this would be happening there: There's an interesting race divide, especially around the Chamblee-Tucker area. Basically almost a straight line upon which one side are middle class white people and on the other side are ethnic minorities and immigrants (mostly Asian and South American people). There's pretty rapid gentrificiation (at least until recently) only the middle class white side were politically active (e.g. lawn signs, etc). I bet that those votes are a fair percentage of the immigrant community, given that I'd imagine a substantial amount of them aren't citizens).
