Oh, I don't know.

There's a number of people in public life who have a habit of floating back up again.

It's obvious, but he could only be prosecuted if there was evidence of a crime being committed.

Being odious is not a crime, and whilst the voters of Leicester east(?) are behind him, he's unlikely to be going anywhere.

I expect he'll stay quiet for a few weeks to consolidate his support, before launching a counter attack on those that sought to topple him.
