My point exactly. It's better to have shabby clothes and shoddy furniture than shabby ideas and shoddy philosophies. These two I'm afraid appear hellbent on falling between two judgemental stools by having both...

It's an awful answer. It avoids the question and brings it yet again back to Brexit - like he has nothing else to talk about and no charisma.

No charisma? It looked like they were keeping Corbyn awake past his bedtime

Excellent. So can you all let us know if he will campaign for remain or leave when he reruns the referendum?
Boring. There are other issues to talk about. Boris' and now Goves' insistence on talking about nothing else suggests they have nothing else to talk about, a single issue party.

I'm no fan of Corbyn but he came across as much more charismatic, witty and interesting than Boris. He seemed much more comfortable.

Corbyn is sounding desperate. Bonus points to him mind, with his retort to BJ's 'coalition of chaos' (Lab/SNP) dig. 'we've witnessed 9 years of chaotic coalition already!'

In fairness, it's true.

Everyone knows you under promise and over deliver, they're both doing the opposite tonight. It will come back and bite either of them on the arse down the line.
“under promise and over deliver”? When did a politician ever do that?
Very infrequently. TB was quite good at doing it. He put himself in a place where he could say 'we aimed for x and achieved y', and it's on record that he exceeded what he set out. If you do the opposite, you're in trouble for 'lying'.
Oh yes. Blair. Well known for not lying...............

Maybe if he had answered the question..
Are you Boris in disguise? There are other things to talk about. Corbyn did well by showing that the UK has other issues than Brexit to deal with. Boris may as well have been the leader of the Brexit Party.

It made me laugh .. best part of the night laugh

There was a real trap in that question .. he showed he could avoid it .. and in a humorous way

Corbyn’s “ I admire the UN Secretary General” was completely lame in comparison

As ever with these things. Between the soundbites, the useless moderating et al.

Corbyn looked more statesman like.
Boris was more charismatic and didn't sound like a robot

JC was laughed at more I would say
BJ needed to drop the return to Brexit everytime

Final Result

No score Draw
