There's a few reporters saying trump dozed off, i.e.
"trump is nodding off at the defense table, his chin just hit his chest, then his head shot back up."
Pleased to hear he's not resisting a rest.
Very good
Have another clap

A Fox personality’s social media post on Monday is raising eyebrows, as many are calling it “jury tampering” and a legal expert suggests it could be “conspiring to commit jury tampering"

Clay Travis put up a post saying "If you’re a Trump supporter in New York City who is a part of the jury pool, do everything you can to get seated on the jury and then refuse to convict as a matter of principle, dooming the case via hung jury. It’s the most patriotic thing you could possibly do.”

DJT shares down another 15% today.

Trump in court.

Happy days.
DJT also voted to issue more shares in the company in an effort to attract some more capital to the business. It’s a common tactic but it looks terrible.

It also further dilutes Trump and everyone else’s shares too! Dropping in value AND diluted, nice. Keep it up and it’s going to be nothing in a month.
Down 18% on the day!

Think jury tampering is a bit of a stretch there! biggrin

trump has filed with SCOTUS for immunity making the claim that Ford's pardon of Nixon supports trump's argument that ex-presidents should be immune for any office-related acts unless impeached & convicted

How many of those just couldn’t be arsed with it. smile

I’m assuming jury duty is by random invitation in the US, similar to here?

Yeah.

A hung jury is a real possibility and everyone knows it.

That’s a stupid argument, for obvious reasons. If a president has immunity, they wouldn’t need a pardon. So, he’s basically saying they don’t currently have immunity, but should do?

Trying to claim it is a tacit admission of guilt.

IIRC plaintiffs/accused do not appear before SCOTUS, it's just lawyers.

Liz truss proving that she is a complete and utter twonk.

‘ Liz Truss has endorsed Donald Trump to win this year's US presidential election, saying the "world was safer" when he was in the White House.’

Yeah, nice one Liz.

I guess it's the 'Presidents will always be pardoned so it basically amounts to immunity' argument.
