Sidney Powell is cooperating with the federal investigation into her fnon-profit Defending the Republic and has been producing documents in response to grand jury subpoena.

https://edition.cnn.com/2022/01/21/politics/sidney...

She was already discovered to have faked signatures on the incorporation papers.
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/dec/03/si...

Edit: If it's her defence lawyer that says she's 'cooperating', many think this is just they are turning over some records as requested, not fully cooperating or flipping on trump. Remember she was never working for trump officially, was never paid, so there's no client/atttorney provilege she can claim.

Her lawyer says she's looking forward to testifying to the trump insurrection investigation, saying she can prove all her claims of fraud... looks like shes going to try the same tactics that were thrown out in several court rooms as false claims.

Edit: he was denied being allowed to file anonymously so now has had to file as himself. Court doc here:

Boris Epshteyn went on MSNBC to say that he was involved in the scheme to pass off faked electoral certificate in 7 states but claimed "everything that was done was done legally, by the Trump legal team, according to the rules, and under the leadership of Rudy Giuliani."

Caught out now trying to brazen it out?

Judge Timothy Kelly has denied the latest attempt at pretrial release for Proud Boys Ethan Nordean and Joe Biggs.
Instead, he's transfering them to the DC jail.

More chance of them stewing in a cell and deciding to flip?

Nicholas Languerand one of the Capitol maga mob who assaulted officers at the tunnel , wrote an interesting letter to the judge whilst he waits in jail
https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscour...

He provided an interesting perspective into believing trumps con...
"The truth is that my involvement with the movement behind President Trump provided me a feeling of belonging to something bigger than myself that I had long been seeking.”

but in an attempt to reduce his sentence says he now feels he was lied to and betrayed by the leaders who he respected.

Note though he also drops a lot of names who he blames, Pompeo, Flynn, Sydney Powell, Scavino, Eric and Don Jnr trump, Lin Wood, Jack Posobiec... it's like the top 20 hits list of people pushing trumps Big Lie.

mind you he also had on his phone

and was a true Qanon believer, .....following QAnon conspiracy theory, and is preoccupied with false allegations of pedophilia and child sex trafficking.
according to his sentencing memorandum

Giuliani in in deep trouble...

After much delay, the Special Master reviewing Rudy Giuliani’s phones, Barbara Jones, has released an update...

https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscour...

in which it shows that she released a bunch of materials to DOJ on 19 Jan, including

The balance of 25,629 chats and messages that post-date January 1 from one of Rudy’s cell phones

From that same phone, 56 chats and messages that Rudy had initially claimed privilege over but for which he either withdrew or chose not challenge Jones’ designation that they were not privileged

3,204 chats and messages from between December 1, 2018 and May 31, 2019 from Rudy’s other devices, none of which he said were privileged (there should be eight devices; FBI seized 16 devices total)

These releases are in addition to 2,223 items from seven phones reviewed last year.

Last dates are interesting. Giuliani's proffer of a pardon to Cohen from trump would have fallen into that date range, his obstruction of Mueller, anyone thionk of anything else?

Edited by Byker28i on Friday 21st January 20:17
Ah they are investigating Giulianis part in trumps Ukraine scandal, where they tried to manufacture dirt against Biden and his son Hunter, that carried on with the manufactured 'laptop hard drive'.

Giuliani's communications have been turned over to the Manhattan U.S. attorney's office, which has been investigating his dealings in Ukraine while he was representing Trump.
Federal agents seized over 28,000 pieces of evidence when the raided Giuliani's office and home, along with a number of current and old phones - he'd kept all his old phones. They also took his computers
Not many were classed as privileged - so investigators have a lot to go on.

The full Special Masters decision is here:
https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscour...

Toensing also fought against a Special Masters ruling claiming client/attorney privilege but 2756 of her 2,856 items went to investigators on 20 Jan as well...

Then to top it off, the University of Rhode Island has revoked the honorary degree given to him and Michael Flynnwith the Board of Trustees saying that revoking these honorary degrees reinforces their values and allows them to lead with truth and integrity.

Giuliani is in real trouble, thats all that was holding up the investigation. Charges soon?

More of Hannitys texts, this time to Kayleigh McEnany trumps press secretary advisinge her to take a five-point approach in dealing with trump including “No more stolen election talk,” and keep him away from people of bad intent, “feeding him misinformation. about election fraud.”

Almost as if Hannity knew the election was lost, there was no fraud - the exact opposite of what he broadcast...

Just read an interesting analysis of the letter trump insurrection investigation Chair Bernie Thompson sent to Ivanka asking her to testify

https://january6th.house.gov/sites/democrats.janua...

...laying out that they know that multiple organisers across multiple conspiracies, armed themselves before traveling to DC and acted on trump instructions.

Ivanka was also reminded not just of the requirements of the Presidential Records Act, but also that she got formal notice of those requirements in 2017, so as employed as a trump advisor, she's not handed over anything to the National Archives, as required...

She thought she could just slip away with Kushner, keep quiet....

If Hannity wanted to be the WH director of communications he should have applied for the job.

I think Hannity, trump, and Flynn in one cell with trump's spawn in the one next to it would be a good setup.
