Could the Wail get any worse?
Discussion
The daft thing is if many us as drivers were actually trying to get to / from work, meetings, etc, and were blocked by a moronic kn*b having his car washed in street, blocking our route, we would actually be very annoyed, and calling the driver a complete moron, but it seems that if a newspaper points out the drivers kn*bbish behaviour, it is somehow in the wrong?
Some people seem to have a very weird set of (very variable) standards.

And yet you fall for it hook line and sinker, by spamming it out back out onto other people via forums, social media or email or whatever. Exactly like they wanted. If the Mail is a paper which offends their delicate sensibilities, the solution is childishly simple, Don't read it, ever.

Do you really think they would have reported it if it were a beaten up old fiesta, Some people seem to have a very weird set of (very variable) standards.
Non story

The question I would have asked, why did whatever car was involved, have to be washed at this (very busy) location?

It would have made no difference if the car being washed was a Porsche, Veyron, or a beaten up old fiesta, traffic was being blocked by having to merge into one lane, where two might have otherwise been available, to provide safety separation for the idiot doing the car washing (in the same way that the authorities `seem' to want to block whole lanes, or even close motorways for minor reasons at the drop of a hat (recently I was held up on the M25 because two lanes had been closed off, where a Nissan Micra was on the hard shoulder with a flat tire FFS)

What has that got to do with the Mail reporting it?The question I would have asked, why did whatever car was involved, have to be washed at this (very busy) location?

I have no interest in origami and can't read or speak Japanese so I don't buy or read a monthly magazine on the subject written in Japanese.
If somebody finds little interest in typical Mail articles and doesn't buy the paper then complaining about their reporting decisions is like being annoyed at a turbo car you haven't bought for having turbo lag. There's a valid 'why?' question in there.
