Student Loans chief 'to pay tax at source'

The wrong forum, surely, this is a news politics and matter. What annoyed me was that the way yesterday's BBC article was written, it very much implied that he was paying no tax at all, and I think the average BBC reader would assume this. Which is complete nonsense obviously, as it's just the service company receiving the payment before tax. It would then have to pay corporation tax & NI, and then the employee has to pay NI/income tax/dividend tax depending on how he pays himself.
BBC on a witch hunt (again). Or they're just stupid.

Bit of both.. The point is (I think) that nobody else with a single source of income would be permitted to do this (think IT contractors & IR35 etc).BBC on a witch hunt (again). Or they're just stupid.
