Just seen on bbc news that he had to go to Stansted by car as it was deemed too foggy for the helicopters.

Far less motorbikes (britich cops on their Beemers) and they were herding the traffic into manageable groups of 30-40 cars (stopped and pushed into the 2 left hand lanes) with a bike at the head of each one, whilst other bikes went ahead and closed on-ramps.

According to that vid, one of the vehicles I saw was the comms jamming device (only one man would use Rasberry!) and the back of one of the Chevy Suburbans was open with what looked like some hard-asses in the back.

Only one Presidential looking car which was exactly like the one in the vid. Definitely impressive. People were honking and waving as they went by.
