Horrible for those caught up in the incident however, from the picture, it does seem a bit odd.

Could be anything from a careless recycling of a Samsung Phone to a prank to an incident designed to scare.

The silver foil bag and large container has my spider-sense twitching on the final item. The fact that the fire brigade appear to be diving in suggests that it's not a viable bomb.
