Surely this depends how the deal is constructed?

How about:
  • Offer the service of providing voting advice using your vote as an example
  • Give advice on a postal vote by filling it in in their presence
  • Accept payment for advice
  • Tell your customer to post the vote as a practical test of what they have learnt

So it's completely legal for mp's to be cabs for hire lol. I don't see that Hoon bloke or the Moran bh facing criminal proceedings.
