No its not. Its all blocked unless an adult with ID goes into the shop and requests it is unblocked.

Absolutely. These people will do these things regardless of sentence. The leniency of punishment does need addressing, but to think this is a 'message' to would be teenage rapists is ridiculous.

Ok, I see where you're coming from but I still think the little scrote should have at least been beaten to within an inch of his life.

ETA: Ok, maybe not literally but he should have had some sort of corporal punishment - I reckon that would have more of an effect to make them think twice about doing it again.
