A partner in one of the UK’s largest criminal law firms suggested Miss Proudman would be ‘blacklisted’ by solicitors.
Franklin Sinclair, of Tuckers Solicitors, wrote on Twitter: ‘What an awful thing to do, what kind of world do we live in when a man can’t give a lady a compliment.getalife. Nomorebriefs4u. (sic)’
When she responded saying she would not want to work for ‘sexist solicitors’, he replied: ‘I should think you’ve blacklisted yourself from more than just sexist ones!’

As always Sexism is strong on Pistonheads. Never failes to amaze the amount of guys who think Women should be in someway thanksful for your letching and unwanted attention.
Would he have sent that same compliment to a Male? Of course not, it's sexism. He didn't compliment her on how professional it looked, he didn't even mention it until he was called out on it. Regardless of how he thought he meant it, it was unwanted and it was sexist.
Er, hello. Look at the evidence.Would he have sent that same compliment to a Male? Of course not, it's sexism. He didn't compliment her on how professional it looked, he didn't even mention it until he was called out on it. Regardless of how he thought he meant it, it was unwanted and it was sexist.
He complimented her photo. Her PHOTO. He did not make any remark about her.
She's a humourless woman with an agenda, and she's royally screwed up here.

I thought she sent a linked in request to him first off. Yet in the interview she claims that she only realised he was a top legal professional AFTER he sent her the comment......
Something fishy going on? Why would she send a link request to someone she did not have a clue about?
She either would have had to search for him specifically, or he would have come up in "People You May Know" which lists your occupation underneath. So any claim she didn't know what he did is completely false.Something fishy going on? Why would she send a link request to someone she did not have a clue about?
Wheels not so much coming off as flying off now.
