With Richmond going LD on pretty much with brexit as a single issue, and with it voting 60% remain in the referendum, the LD's winning it was not that big a surprise.

Next Thursday though, its the Sleaford and North Hykeham by-election, they voted 60%+ leave and the Conservative's having 56% of the 2015 vote, and every single party seems the be campaigning there.

This is closest thing we could have to an acid test of what the people on UK really think about brexit, have they changed their minds? or are the LD's pissing into the wind?

We will know the morning of the 9th.

until 2010 Richmond was LD, it going back is not beyond reason.

Sleaford and North Hykeham, I think the cons will retain it, the question is who will be 2nd? LD or UKIP.

I think the Conservatives will retain the seat

The question is who is going to be second?
