It would seem Lush UK have started a new advertising campaign going after the Police.

The response on Twitter and Facebook has been amusing to say the least.

Playing devils advocate, is there any merit to this campaign?

Well it looks like Lush UK are not for backing down on this particular marketing campaign, as per their latest tweet.

Will be interesting to see how it plays out, especially if sales are impacted upon.

This will be an interesting one to watch.

Isn't this aimed less at Police investigating and more at Police going so deep that they are sleeping and practically living with people as "partners"?
Possibly, however their shop displays do not indicate that, and would appear to generalise that police are paid to lie.

Instead of apologising, they are continuing to dig, which at the end of the day is their prerogative, although potentially a financially expensive one.

Imagine being an off duty cop with your family walking passed that. I don't think you would be going in.

Lush UK are now getting Facebook to delete any negative reviews. Only 27k or so to go.

Not very ethical.

Most are fake//irrelevant though

dont have a problem with the campaign although the shop poster is not as clear as it could be.
Deleting 1 star reviews but keeping 5 star review's like below?

Not sure that will work out well for them in the long run.
