My bungalow has pretty old central heating system and a gas fire, and not only that, gaping vents in the lounge and kitchen!
I don't use the open gas fire in the lounge so blocked the lounge vent because the draft was terrible...!
There are properties much the same, many centuries older.... not sure how they'll be made "Efficient"!
Certainly will never be cheap....!

All that says is she knows she’s going down. I’d give her max contempt of court which is 2 years.
