Discussion
Looks like its not too far in the future but they're talking about £18 to download a new release for an individual. What are peoples thoughts?

I think home cinema technology has now become good enough and affordable enough for people to watch these films at home and enjoy the experience.
A top drawer cinema with a good crowd (or on an empty afternoon) will still be hard to beat, but I'd agree with the sentiments above. There will be the inevitable backlash by the cinema chains but they have to realise that this is where the technology is taking us all. I'd be much happier paying £5 for a download I could keep for say 3 viewings to watch in the comfort of my own home.

Sadly though, not many of those left. I can't think of any near me.
Interestingly I once met a guy at a rolling road session where some of us were having our cars recorded for video game soundtracks. One of the technicians owned a 'flea pit' (I'm sure it was nicer than that) which sounded fantastic. Not sure they made much money but if I could find one near me I'd patronise it.
There are some lovely places - i'd recommend this to anyone:Interestingly I once met a guy at a rolling road session where some of us were having our cars recorded for video game soundtracks.
