Their rating criteria (FWIW) is explained. Its not a surprise that BTC ranks below ETH.

The CFO of Cuallix (bank piloting XRP) mentioned that a transaction from MX to US usually takes 2-3 hours and costs around $30, while using XRP takes 3-5 seconds with practically no fee.
