Someone had a right touch there.....£100k win on a £400 bond bought in July 21, holding £6100 in total. Well played!
My wife was scanning through the big winners list and commented there were a couple of £25K wins with bonds bought in Jan23, so their first draw. Hope they don't expect that every month!PaulWoof said:
Considering all i was winning was the multiples of £25. that explains why despite the prize fund going up im actually winning less.
Not ifWhoever Easternlight was quoting said:
"The odds of each £1 Bond winning a prize will remain at 24,000 to 1"
surely? Or am I revealing how much maths I've forgotten?Sheepshanks said:

As it does every month, and yet every month we have to tell somebody he's looking at last month's results.Enut said:
Well it isn't me, I've been in with the max for two months now and not a bean, what are the odds of having the max and winning nothing in a year? Seems to be how I'm going. I'm trying to moan one in for next month now. edit, might be too soon, are results out today or tomorrow or a mixture?
1 in 72,000,000,000 ie chances of never winning basically zero Edited by Enut on Wednesday 1st March 09:09

Loving the £60 holding in wales, £50 bought in 1988 winning £10,000. Good for them!
I wonder if they will know they won. Guessing that old would be a paper bond and if they aren't in the same house and a few changes of owner since, it may go unclaimed if not registered. I have a £2.00 bond from 1972 that isn't registered to my NS&I account but my mum still lives at the same address so if it comes in I'm fine (unless she keeps quiet )Gassing Station | Finance | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
