Someone had a right touch there.....£100k win on a £400 bond bought in July 21, holding £6100 in total. Well played!
Hardly well played, it's just luck.

All ready to check the app in the morning, just committed to a house extension so a decent win would be appreciated after last months zero……

I paid in £12k to my Premium Bonds yesterday - to form the basis fo my emergency savings.

I will be disappointed if I don't at least win £10k
Be prepared to be disappointed, your bonds aren't in the draw until April.

AIUI, as long as the money was in the account before midnight on 28th Feb, it will be the draw at the end of March, paid out in the beginning of April.

Yup, so not tomorrow is what I meant.

Pingu is confusing things with his terminology - the “draw at the end of March” is the April draw!

I assumed, maybe wrongly, that Abdul was suggesting that the disappointment would be a two month wait. If you bought today, you would have to wait two months, but buying yesterday, there's only a one month wait.

AIUI ….. if you buy bonds on the last day of a month they would be in the draw 1 month later ….. so, if you purchase bonds on the 28th of February, your bonds will be in the April draw. If you purchase on the 1st of March, they will be in the May draw. 1 full month between purchase and first draw. smile

Second month in a row with zero for me (£19k or there about) Zero for wife's grandad with £25k.

Strange thing is , since the rate went up I've done worse, there wasn't many months the last 2 years that I have not won at lease £25, first time to have 2 blank months, I'm deffo dragging some out this month now
3rd month of zero so I'm taking some out with how interest rates are now, IVs not the biggest amount but my luck has dried up!
4th month of nothing for me £19k and nothing for wife's grandad £25k

I'm taking some out now and putting it in an easy access, I did much better at the lower rates

£650 on £100k

1x500
1x100
2x25

Not had a £500 before. Amusingly that was split £25 on one £50k holding and £625 on the other!
