Very volatile, if you time it right then good but it's a gamble today for certain.
Just doubled up on BOO after a sudden dip.
Actually, looked at a few more, some relatively stable companies bouncing up and down. PSN ( I got out at 2400, was 2445 a few minutes ago now 2388

I'm out on Amigo. Freetrade is a shocking platform to buy and sell quickly. Its too unreliable. Back to T212 for trading. If only this stock was on T212.
I'm amazed you can't see any real pricing until you've sold or bought. Shocking platform and have no idea why people put up with it.I do think that they make their money on the spread.
Difficult to prove, but they are not a charity...

Then how it plays out the rest of the week depends on the RNS.
If we see a big company declare they are buying big chunks then we know a takeover offer is on the way.
James Benamor has said he was approached directly to sell his shares but he had already committed to the 1% a day sell off so we know there is manoeuvring going on behind the scenes and they could be waiting to see how many days they can buy shares cheaper on the market before stepping in before it goes over say 30p if that is their best offer...
If no one shows their hand before the end of the week then maybe there is no big company buying - but for example this morning there was a single purchase of half a million shares this morning.
Benamor is selling about 2.9 million a day so not lots.

Decent day so far - ignoring Boo
Up 1.3% so far on the day.
2 of my 3 largest holdings are down - although have a decent stake in RRE which is up over 60% which has helped, I had hoped this had further to run but obviously not going to complain.
Have topped up on IDP this morning - update due soon and hopefully positive. Long term hold so pretty relaxed about it, just always nice to see blue..

anyone know why CiNE is dropping?
I can only assume it is the ongoing legal wrangle with Cineplex (see posts earlier this morning). I must be £700 down on them now at least. But I think CINE will recover post end of July (when cinemas open again) unless all the BLM idiots and drinkers ignoring the social distancing rules last weekend will cause fresh spikes everywhere in which case I can see the cinema opening date being pushed back again.Adam B said:
any idea why its has dropped today? is it just fairly illiquid so any large buy/sell moves the price?
Correct - actually quite hard to buy stock sometimes, got a call saying the house broker had 50k shares this morning so hovered them up. I’m hoping that once their profit increases the market cap will start to get more interesting for investors and that will drive more liquidity.

but I will happily buy back in when I sell out AMGO as it sounds a good prospect
