Not sure as 1st time I've had winnings paid out instead of re-invest and highest was £100. I'm sure someone else here will be able to confirm that.
Rang them up to find out and - after negotiating the highly annoying automated Q&A system (tip for everyone else - you have to humour it at first, then say "can I speak to a person" before it'll actually let you speak to a real member of their staff), it transpires they don't pay out all the prizes at once, it's staggered and should be done within 2 weeks after the draw...

Two weeks wow. My dad won £1000 amongst other prizes last month and never mentioned that. I'll ask him to check.

I read your message as different prize values paid out a different times but perhaps you / they meant different waves of customers? I checked with my dad and he got all his prizes including a £1k paid in the usual 1 week period. Has yours turned up now?

I won 5 prizes totalling £775 and they were all paid into my account at the same time within 4 or 5 days.

The chap I spoke to didn't specify whether he meant they do it in waves by prize amount, or waves by customers, from memory he just said 'we don't pay everything at once, it's spread over 2 weeks - ring back by Thursday (16th) if it still hasn't arrived at your end and we might have to reissue it"...

Still no sign of the final amount coming in, but it's not Thursday 16th either....

How long is it taking to pay money into PB’s, does it take a few days for it to be accepted for example?

I’ve a lump sum near the PB limit and I want to get it in for the Jan draw.

Seconds on line. Pay it in no later than 30th Nov 23 for Jan draw.

Yes - in my experience you can pay in online, using your debit card, late in the evening on the last day of the month, and it gets into the draw for 2 months later - i.e. buy bonds on the evening of 30th Nov, it'll be included in the Jan draw.

My wife has just opened a premium bond account for each of our kids, my question is, are the premium bonds that are held in our kids account, entered in to the same draw as all the other premium bonds? I'm assuming they are.

Is there an equivalent interest rate calculator for premium bonds. It’s fairly easy if the amount invested stays the same but I dip into mine from time to time.

I was on a call yesterday morning when a very persistent doorbell ringer came to the door.... I think it was "him", have I blown my chance of the big one?
