I am retired and am thinking about buying a house to do up and then sell over the winter. House would cost about 150k what would be the best way to finance this and what sort of deposit would be needed ?

Thanks but not something I could help with I don't think.....mortgage companies don't like to be used as a short term lending solution like Bridging Finance....

Did you come up with any ideas OP. Who do you approach for the bridging loan. I guess a financial advisor would steer you in right direction.
