Bankers draft...
Discussion
Hi,
Just a quick query, I'm potentially buying a property at auction in afew days, but the auctioneers want a 10% bankers draft on the day from the winning bidder.
How do I go about requesting a bankers draft when I'm not sure how much the house I have my eyes on will be sold for?...

Could you go to a branch of your Bank local to the auction if your bid wins and once you know what the 10% will be?Just a quick query, I'm potentially buying a property at auction in afew days, but the auctioneers want a 10% bankers draft on the day from the winning bidder.

Failing that I'd be surprised if they didn't accept an Internet Banking transfer. They would get the money instantly too.
Very much aware that this post is probably too late in any case!
