Advice on new accounts/no current address...........
Discussion
A problem has just occured to me regarding any new bank/savings/credit accounts in the future.
I own my house outright but left in April 2013 to go travelling so am not on the electoral roll at that address.
I have just returned to the UK and am staying at my parents address for a short while.
After spending 3/400 hundred pounds on ATM charges whilst away i have just applied for a new current account which doesn't have any transaction charges. Obviously they have queried the fact that i am not on the electoral roll at my address nor will i be at my parents address.
Am i now stuck with any accounts that i currently have and am unable to open any new accounts as i don't have a permanent address ?
I guess this could apply to anything like opening an ISA account, credit card, etc, etc.
Any thoughts ?

Ok, i didn't get a new current account for those exact reasons, i'm not registered at the address of my property.
I want to open an ISA as well as i'm earning a whoppjng 0.05% on some money in my current current account.
If i get added to the electoral role at my parents -
How long will this take to filter through to credit rating people ?
Will the fact that i've only just registered be enough, won't they want months/years of history there ?
