Now, i'm not trying to be facetious, but what makes a good mortgage broker? Just knowing the market or is there more to it? (I ask as i'm going through numbers with one at the moment, and so far, service from what i see has been great).
I don't really think I can answer that question to be honest as I'm standing on the other side of the fence. As the applicants, I'm sure every individual will have different reasons for why any broker would be deemed as good or bad. It could be communication, speed of work being carried out, cost, efficiency, knowledge, experience, contacts at lenders, rates offered, ability to think outside of the box or a whole host of other personal reasons I guess!
communication, speed of work being carried out, efficiency, knowledge, experience, putting up with my stupid questions over a very long period of time, and dealing with the wker bankers for me.
Had me worried I'd unwillingly been part of some huge elaborate scam by PH/Sarnie.
+1 For Sarnie
