is this suitable for section 75 claim

bought a cd /radio early jan online with a credit card, found radio does not work

contacted seller , they suggested sedning it back and they have a look , assumed /hoped id get a replacement in the return post

2 weeks have passed now - i just want what i paid for in working order

should i email and suggest they keep it and i claim on section 75 ? does that all sound above board ad legit?

i have spoke to the seller , they have the unit and have now had it longer than i have

was hoping my next contact could sort it one or another ..i have a suspicion im going to get messed around

and is there anything out there that gives a reasonble timesscale for replacment or repair?
