returning a dodgy 2nd hand car to a dealer after 5 days

a friend of mine showed me her new car today. its a 08 plate corsa bought from bristol street motor point in widnes.

i was horrified after looking round it to find overspray all over the place, orange peel, runs, contaminants in the paint and even masking tape still on the roof gutters !!

here's the panels ive found that have been very very badly painted

roof
both bumpers
driver side rear 1/4 all the way to the a post
drivers door
drivers front wing

obviously she wants to return the car and we are going to go in tomorrow but what are her legal rights ?

any advice greatly appreciated but please please dont post any thing unless you know its 100% fact

already got lots of photos and going in to see the after sales manager tomorrow afternoon

im quite prepared to stand outside handing out flyers saying whats happened to anyone coming in there if they dont play ball

and thats the problem as in theory shes looked at a car, said she liked it and bought so they havent done anything wrong

its only when the paint has been pointed out that she realises shes got something worth about 40% less than a decent equivalent car
