Forex (USD) forecasting?

I earn some USD and am constantly waiting for the 'best' time to exchange up to GBP. Of course it never is the best time and I often miss a good rate waiting for a better one! Recently I could have got 1.44 now the USD is at 1.50 ish.

Now I know no one has a crystal ball however there must be someone out there who can give sensible forecasts, I'm looking longer term forecasts. Any recommendations?
