What a project - committed indeed!
Pleased the purchase has finally gone through as I've been waiting for this build thread.
Bookmarked.![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)
Your right, it's taken 9 months, approx 1/4 of my hair and almost 14liters of brandy! And that's before I even start the work on the place!Pleased the purchase has finally gone through as I've been waiting for this build thread.
Bookmarked.

Good lad!
I wish you all the very best with it. It will seriously test you, but you'll end up with a stunning place you could once have only dreamed of... and all the pain will be forgotten.
My other half and I are looking at taking on something similar - not quite as large, but in the same ballpark.

Congrats on getting the keys and all the planning etc sorted out! Looking forward to this thread with great interest. Not that far away from you guys either, just up the road.
There is/was a very similar place for sale in Brechin (thought at first that you had bought it from the pics) perhaps not quite as big though, and I was so tempted to bankrupt myself buying it and trying to do it up. Hats off to you and best of luck!
