Mind you, with that sofa in the way either the present occupiers are all very slim or they favour the Dukes of Hazzard access model for their lounge area.

Given the area its in (roughest council estate in area, known as Netley Zoo rather than View) I'd suggest the latter.

Part of me just wants to go and view it, just so I can deliberately open that door with no warning.

'Ooops, silly me, for thinking that was a door....'

What is it with new money houses and rampant tilling? Where does it come from/all started?
I count 34 downlighters in the kitchen alone. That house must draw 65Kw/hr whenever all the lights are left on!

Rest of the house is pretty average though.. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/prop...
I would insist that the water was changed.

At a minimum.
Swingers seem to all have a certain taste in decor.

Forget all that maritime clobber I'm willing to bet there's been a few whales in that Lay-Z-Spa

That's mild...there's a swingers "club" in Hull that has a proper hot tub and about 6 sheds, all interconnected, taking up 80% of a back garden wink

I often wonder when I see rooms like that how the first of it starts or when it reaches the point of no return with discarded take away packets or newspapers etc. It makes me genuinely sad for the occupants either way.

Different tidiness threshold.

There was a discussion on LBC the other day. Someone phoned up to say that she could no longer get in the bathroom or kitchen due to the amount of "things" she had in the house. It must be beyond a tidiness threshold!

£20k is a pretty decent price
I've got my own real estate nightmare going on ATM, moved in to a rental a few days back.

First time I used the sink it leaked, first time I use the washing machine/dishwasher I couldn't due to mould and food being left from previous tenants then yesterday I tried using the oven and when I pulled the door the whole oven fell out!

Contacted the estate agents multiple but nothing has been fixed and I just get fobbed off.

Video of the issues here, don't think I'm being unreasonable tbh
