That's literally the next road to mine. I've seen much worse examples of interior design around here...

Looks like Autoglym is being used to "clean" the toilet. Alongside that standard bathroom equipment; a hacksaw.

Well, there's no cistern, so some decent hardware will be needed to the biannual flush.

"Disclosed Reserve Price:£50,000." - why market at 45k then.

They're never going to sell that without an online floor plan wink

Looks like a decent sized plot.

Wouldn't one typically use a wood-saw on logs ?

It does seem silly, but I guess that this part of the particulars describes why -

  • Guide Prices and Reserve Prices
Each property sold is subject to a Reserve Price. The Reserve Price, which is agreed between the seller and the auctioneer just prior to the auction, will be within + or - 10% of the Guide Price. The Guide Price is issued solely as a guide so that a buyer can consider whether or not to pursue their interest.

But other than the perfectly good explanation .... biggrin

You’re basically buying a building plot. Good size as you say.

The more I look at it though the more it is the gift that keeps on giving!

What is the little hobbit house in the garden?

That is one of the most bizarre interiors I have ever seen.

The interior just makes me feel very sad, it's genuinely oppressive. I couldn't feel comfortable sitting in that brick and wood entrance hall watching TV.

This is just insane.

I thought at first it was the lovers chair equivilant of tandem crapping but it looks like a bidet, clearly installed by someone who has never used a bidet. Notice the toilet paper is well out of reach, so I wouldn't want to be drying my hands on that towel.

Is it my eyes... have they used different mixes of mortar on that wall ? Very odd interior - the sharp corner on the wood burner is not attractive.
