Thanks, and yes that's a pond to the left. I have a breeze house suspended above it accessed by the bridge you can see

When I first glanced at your photo, it looked like light coming through cut outs in a pumpkin! Nothing offensive there, or intended.

No patio?

Pauper........

There's lots you can't see... quite a few acres, lots of terrace and a pool. But around the other side. And a recording studio and garaging. smile

Nice bit of space around your plot, very nice

Round my way, that 'space' (which looks lovely, I emphasise) would be transformed into a 3000 house estate, complete with a significant proportion of social housing, in the blink of a fking eye.

The amount of times I had to reject a property round here (Vale of the White Horse) because I just knew that the lovely surrounding fields would inevitably find themselves in the hands of a developer.

Buy the surrounding fields then nothing can ever be built on them.

Been here two years now, and have barely needed to touch anything. Previous owner was an absolute perfectionist. Would like more garage space though.
