I'm pretty sure I used it at my old school. This was back in the days before elf and safety though.
There were also climbing ropes which I'm sure wouldn't be allowed now.

Unfortunately it doesn't get you much to set the pulse racing. Downsides it's only a small one car drive and double yellows, upsides it's on a bus route and the pub's only a few meters away.
