That is rather odd. They should at least decorate it appropriately with the following...

"Disclosed Reserve Price:£50,000." - why market at 45k then.

They're never going to sell that without an online floor plan wink

Looks like a decent sized plot.
It does seem silly, but I guess that this part of the particulars describes why -

  • Guide Prices and Reserve Prices
Each property sold is subject to a Reserve Price. The Reserve Price, which is agreed between the seller and the auctioneer just prior to the auction, will be within + or - 10% of the Guide Price. The Guide Price is issued solely as a guide so that a buyer can consider whether or not to pursue their interest.
Sold for £127k in the end as well

I presume the current owners have neck issues, since they would need to have their heads turned at 90 degrees to even see the TV.

Ah, The Apparatus. Did anyone go to a school where The Apparatus was actually unfolded and used in anger? It was strictly decorative in all of mine, save for the rare indoor PE lesson where a teacher would be rakishly bold enough to lean a single wooden bench up against it.

Ha, no!
We used to hang our PE jumpers on ours whilst doing a solid hour of some sort of modern creative dance / maypole dancing!!

Best years of my life?? Not even close mate!

Hm, that house is up the road from me - there is allegedly a nudist camp up the road from there!

I'm pretty sure I used it at my old school. This was back in the days before elf and safety though.
There were also climbing ropes which I'm sure wouldn't be allowed now.

For the size and location not too expensive, but really just look.

"Who'd live in a house like that, well David it's over to you"

Photo 2, old couple.
Photo 3, younger couple.
Photos 4-10 old couple.
Photos 11-13 middle aged couple
Photos 14-15 old couple.

I conclude it's 3 generations living in one house.

Is it the Osmonds?

I don't know why, but that whole place just gives me the creeps, expected to see a police outline of a murder victim in one of the interior shots and crime scene tape.

I always thought DD stood for double denim, not double dormers.

15 or 16 yrs ago I looked @ the house next door with a view to purchasing.

Three quarters of a million. Even if you visualise it done up it's meh and mediocre.

Do people at that sort of price in Kenilworth for similar properties??!!?

Unfortunately it doesn't get you much to set the pulse racing. Downsides it's only a small one car drive and double yellows, upsides it's on a bus route and the pub's only a few meters away. biggrin
