Had a little planting session over the weekend:
Hebes and Cordyline into the new flower beds.
I'd like to get a passion flower to grow in a pot over the pergola... and recommendations of where to order from online?
Top hebe tip, they like full sun and if youve watered them in now, you may never need to water them again. Honestly, mine perform best when left alone. If it was a month with no rain and 30 degrees I might water them once.Hebes and Cordyline into the new flower beds.

I have posted this elsewhere, but squirrels have been ripping my carefully curated garden to shreds.
Being a mature type of chap, I have taken a reasoned and proportionate response to this, and am using the right tool for the job.

Come on then run us through it, it looks along similar lines to my Air Arms s410.Being a mature type of chap, I have taken a reasoned and proportionate response to this, and am using the right tool for the job.

It is a BSA R10SE with a Hawke scope, and I absolutely love it. Silent, dead accurate, and looks the part. Been lovingly refinishing the walnut stock myself (very poor factory finish for such an expensive rifle, actually, but the actual wood is great). And man-maths justified as a gardening tool, so all good.

There's a beer waiting for you in South Cambridge if you ever happen to be passing through with that. I have plenty of targets for you to practice on. Being a mature type of chap, I have taken a reasoned and proportionate response to this, and am using the right tool for the job.

If they're drunk, they'll be easier prey. May try this tactic.
As I live in London I have to wait until they are on the lawn and shoot down from an upper floor, to be safe. The impotent frustration as they tear through my trees, ripping bits off them it and dumping debris on the lawn, is real, people.
This is war.
