that is amazing. Seems to have a rosé collection. Is that a thing?
Absolutely incredible place.

I assumed the wine was just Estate Agent dressing the place. I was far more confused by the MAPP gas torch in the utility room...
Bloody awful choice of furniture but of course that doesn't matter, just sayin.

Not sure how loud being at the St Pancras railway station would be but it's a spectacular building, pricey but look at those beams.....the beams!

Pretty sure this is my companies former CFO's 'City' pad. If it is (its right by our London Office), then hes made a fair chunk of money on that (assuming it sells).

I really like this place, but there's no way I'd pay >£1.6M to live in Glasgow. It *IS* very nice though, imo.

Now that is a London view. Pretty amazing flat to go with it too.

All that money and trying to hide a b&q shed with a bush.
Living above a theatre right next to Charing cross station, the noise will be awful.

Was he running some kind of deluxe swingers club as a side-line?

I know it's Dubai.
I know it's a flat.
I know it's sooooooo stupidly priced. AP of about £55M.
But it defines pawn ... well flat pawn!! Just mental.

This link has some floor plans included - which look quite reasonably laid out.

Yes it's well fitted and kitted.....but what a dystopian sthole of a flat. The solitary tree in the glass middle enclosure reminds me of that little lemon tree Kevin Costner grows in Waterworld.

Indeed. There’s absolutely nothing about this place that would entice me if I had the financial wherewithal.

Plus it's offers overs, so nearer £2m. I wonder if they owned the Skoda in the street view and were fed up of Nigella next door tting their rear bumper?

One thing that annoys me about that listing. It is a bloody big house, so why the need to use trickery lenses? Just look at the letterbox shape TV's, and the only washing-machine I've ever seen with a horizontal oval door.

Even in that location it seems like a remarkably low price. Could be amazing and I would love it as a project.

there's large bits of that I quite like but (even even ignoring the price aspect eek ) it's a no from me.

As an aside a brochure for a place for £55mil and they've got duplicate photos in a paltry 29 pics? Very poor
